To rejoice the Chinese language brush paintings and calligraphy on show via November 14, we’re excited to host a brush painting demonstration given by Mr. Yun Yang followed by a performance of Chinese music played by latest competitors winners and professionals on traditional devices, including the erhu, dulcimer, pipa, and guzheng. But like something that makes the soul sing – or weep or jump or dance – they can be known as ‘musical’, if that’s understood as only a metaphor for organised movement and dynamism.
